Balanced Teams is one of six Core AYSO philosophies, and we do our best to balance teams each year based on years of experience, location, and skill level.  By evaluating your players, we’ll have the best chance to form Balanced Teams next season, resulting in more balanced, competitive games.

Head Coaches are asked to evaluate their players by making an honest, thoughtful assessment of each player on their team based on their observation of the previous season. Ratings will be kept confidential.
