Volunteer Opportunities

AYSO is an entirely volunteer-run organization. Please consider how you could be involved. Every hand and every hour that you can donate is appreciated and helps bring more soccer to more kids. Children who have the opportunity to play sports do better in school and life. AYSO offers training and support in many volunteer positions, including coaching, refereeing, management, finances, and more!

To register as a volunteer, log into your account at ayso74.org and go to the "Volunteer" tab, then "Find Volunteer Roles". Youth referees will need to create their own account with a unique email address. All volunteers must complete online training and a background check, and some positions have in-person training. We provide all in-person training.
